Delete your data

If you connected Facebook or Instagram

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Find Soosah and choose Remove.
2. On Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Find Soosah and choose Remove.
3. In Soosah, a company admin can also disconnect the account. Either way, we delete the access keys and account ids we hold for it.

To delete everything we hold about you

Email hello@soosah.com from the address you use with Soosah, with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us whether you mean only you or your whole business.

We confirm within 2 business days and finish within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep something, such as invoices, we tell you what and for how long.
